Salesforce Product Owner

Job Summary

Driving critical initiatives in lead management and customer enrollment journeys, the contract Salesforce Product Owner will prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog with actionable requirements and clear delivery expectations
• Partner with business leaders to guide roadmap discussions and establish priorities
• Analyze and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud user journeys and workflows for efficiency and impact

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a Product Owner within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components
• Experience managing structured product backlogs in Agile environments
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into clear requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience
