Salesforce Product Owner

Job Summary

Leading a fast-paced project involving a recently launched Salesforce application for claims inventory management, the contract Salesforce Product Owner will gather requirements from senior leadership, translate business needs to technical teams, and manage the product backlog while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business objectives
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager delivering enterprise applications
• Proven experience in Agile/SAFe environments, owning product vision and backlog prioritization
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including administrative functions and requirement gathering for Salesforce applications
• Healthcare payer experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid business processes
• Strong Salesforce Health Cloud experience and knowledge of API-based integrations
