Salesforce Product Owner
Job Summary
Leading an Agile delivery POD, the remote contract Salesforce Product Owner will manage a team of product management professionals, drive product strategy, and ensure the successful delivery of prioritized features for a commercial lending platform enhancement initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and provide leadership and tactical direction to a team of approximately 12 product management professionals
- Establish targets, objectives, and key performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery commitments
- Engage in active collaboration with internal stakeholders for status alignment and risk management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years of professional experience in product management and delivery leadership
- 5+ years of dedicated experience acting as a Product Owner
- 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce nCino within a commercial banking environment
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional Agile delivery PODs
