Job Summary
Providing accountable business ownership for Salesforce, the full-time remote Salesforce Product Owner will translate enterprise priorities into a clear product vision, manage the product roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance workflow adoption and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog to support Growth & Commercialization workflows
- Lead cross-functional requirements gathering, business process analysis, and user enablement activities
- Develop reporting and performance metrics to measure workflow performance, adoption, and business outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Technology, or related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or comparable CRM platforms
- Experience managing a prioritized product backlog and aligning investments with business outcomes
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to define metrics and measure business value realization
