Job Summary
Driving high-impact Salesforce initiatives, the full-time Salesforce Product Owner will manage the feature release lifecycle, translate business requirements into solutions, and champion AI-powered workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce/Systems Product Owner, converting requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira
- Lead project delivery by managing the Salesforce feature release lifecycle, coordinating development, testing, and go-live processes
- Design and advocate for intelligent automation and agentic workflows based on business needs and data quality considerations
Required qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, consulting, or administration on the Salesforce platform, especially with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM sales and customer experience principles, including Opportunity Management and Customer Onboarding
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools and Salesforce Agentforce or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Salesforce certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with excellent communication and presentation skills
