Job Summary
To rejuvenate the Salesforce platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Product Owner will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery while acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring user-focused solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and own the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and release plans
- Manage stakeholder expectations and form steering groups to address business requirements
- Champion a user-centric approach to Salesforce design and drive platform adoption and continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- 5 - 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Consultant within Salesforce
- Proven experience managing product backlogs and delivering digital products
- Strong practical understanding of Salesforce configuration and architecture
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Product Owner) are highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
