Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Program Manager & Senior System Admin.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce administration tasks and oversee application development lifecycle
• Lead multi-functional project or scrum teams in Agile environments
• Foster a data-driven Agile culture and coach teams on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Jira for backlog and sprint management
