Salesforce Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full delivery lifecycle of a complex Salesforce CPQ implementation, the contract Salesforce Program Manager will manage stakeholder alignment, sprint planning, and cross-functional coordination in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT leadership
• Manage delivery cadence, risk tracking, and escalation resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact between client leadership and the delivery team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in Salesforce program management with hands-on experience in CPQ implementations
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs end-to-end
• Strong executive presence for client leadership representation
