Job Summary
Seeking a Salesforce-certified administrator, the full-time Salesforce Program Manager will manage system configuration, enhance the Salesforce experience for the Revenue team, and support operational workflows in a remote capacity for a temporary duration of 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Salesforce program owner, managing configuration and ongoing improvements
- Own and manage books of business, including assignments and transition workflows
- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or Salesforce program management
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data integrity
- Experience in account assignment strategies and user permissions management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building custom dashboards and reports
