Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects, acting as the primary client contact
• Partner with Sales and Delivery to mobilize, kickoff, manage, and close projects while maintaining documentation in Salesforce
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintain risk/issue logs, and build strong client relationships through proactive communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years leading Salesforce projects preferred
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methods
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Proven ability to adapt in fast-moving, changing environments
• Strong client-facing skills
