Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a pivotal problem-solver, the full-time Salesforce Project Manager will manage multiple client projects remotely, ensuring successful project outcomes by tracking progress, managing expectations, and collaborating with delivery and sales teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Collaborate with the Lead Consultant and Solution Architect to maintain a healthy backlog of requirements and provide project expertise
• Initiate and close projects, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence, while providing Agile leadership to the project team

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency and experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of project management best practices in a professional services organization
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships and communicate clearly
• Familiarity with project delivery solutions such as JIRA and Confluence
