Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the remote Salesforce Project Manager will manage projects by providing leadership to analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions using Salesforce and Amazon Connect platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure projects remain on track
• Drive implementations of AI and digital service solutions while serving as the primary point of contact for clients
• Facilitate regular status meetings and lead client-facing sessions to define success metrics and track progress

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience with Salesforce platform implementations
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce.com or Amazon Connect as a project manager or scrum leader
• Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications
