Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a large-scale federal cloud modernization program, the full-time Salesforce Project Manager will lead end-to-end Salesforce and enterprise application initiatives remotely, with occasional meetings in Virginia, while managing cross-functional Agile teams and ensuring successful program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce and enterprise application programs within a large-scale government environment
• Manage cross-functional Agile teams across multiple technical workstreams and oversee the full program lifecycle
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership while ensuring alignment between technical teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of IT program or project management experience
• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce programs or enterprise CRM environments
• Experience supporting a government client or working in a highly regulated environment
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies and full lifecycle program management
• Experience leading enterprise production application teams and deployments
