Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading projects within the company's CRM ecosystem, the full-time Salesforce Project Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, engage stakeholders, and provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce functionality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee CRM project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage project status reporting and evaluations
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements and support user acceptance testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with CRM or enterprise software
• Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects (3-12 months duration)
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform; direct Salesforce project experience strongly preferred
• PMP certification is a plus; Agile/Scrum experience preferred
