Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive Salesforce consulting engagements, the full-time remote Salesforce Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee multiple projects, allocate resources, and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Lead Consultant and Solution Architect to maintain a healthy backlog of project requirements
• Provide Agile leadership, track project progress, and manage project initiation and closure activities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency and experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships and communicate clearly
• Experience using project delivery solutions such as JIRA and Confluence
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership over tasks and deliverables
