Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex Salesforce initiatives, the full-time Senior Technical Project Manager will manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Salesforce projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while managing project plans and timelines
• Facilitate cross-departmental stakeholder coordination and manage communications, project documentation, and executive-level reporting

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, or product delivery roles
• Proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce and enterprise technology initiatives
• Salesforce Administration experience, including platform capabilities, configuration, security, and governance
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC, and backlog management
• Experience managing Salesforce projects involving integrations, data migration, and business process transformation
