Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, the full-time remote Salesforce Project Manager will manage project planning, execution, and monitoring while collaborating with stakeholders and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage change requests, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant credentials preferred)
