Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and Sales Operations initiatives, the full-time Project Manager will manage the intake process, maintain the Salesforce roadmap, and lead cross-functional project execution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake process for Sales Operations initiatives, including triage, prioritization support, and capacity-based roadmap planning
• Maintain the Salesforce and Sales Operations roadmap and portfolio dashboard, including status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and throughput
• Lead the weekly portfolio operating rhythm and prepare clear, insight-driven updates for stakeholders and leaders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in Sales Operations or Salesforce delivery
• Strong experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Sales Cloud and preferably CPQ
• Advanced experience with Jira, including backlog management and reporting
• Project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to define metrics, interpret data, and turn analysis into action
