Salesforce Project Manager Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager experienced in Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities applications for a remote contracted to full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to closure, including scope definition, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions leveraging Service Cloud and Communities applications
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities functionalities
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
