Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management and Promotions capabilities
• Strong knowledge of CRM and digital engagement models
• Experience designing API integrations and SSO implementations
• Proven experience delivering omnichannel customer engagement solutions
