Salesforce PSA Solution Architect

Job Summary

As the technical owner and primary hands-on developer for the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform built on Salesforce, the full-time remote Salesforce PSA Solution Architect will manage architecture, configuration, and design decisions while delivering scalable solutions for high-growth Professional Services organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of scalable PSA solutions, integrating with external systems and customizing fields and workflows
• Analyze current service delivery processes and translate business requirements into scalable system designs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Deliver complex custom solutions using Salesforce tools, maintaining documentation and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator and in PSA-related requirements gathering and system design
• Expert-level custom Salesforce development skills, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Proven track record as a technical lead on complex PSA implementations
• Deep familiarity with PSA concepts in a professional services context
