Salesforce QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases
• Execute various types of tests to verify system behavior against defined requirements
• Document defects and collaborate with teams to validate fixes and support defect triage sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of experience as a QA Analyst or software tester, preferably in insurance or a regulated environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with defect management tools and testing methodologies
