• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes in various environments

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working for a governmental public health agency
• Experience with environmental health programs such as inspections and permitting
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or familiarity with Salesforce testing concepts
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and comfort with technology platforms
• Ability to clearly document issues and communicate findings effectively
