Salesforce QA Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions, the full-time contract Salesforce QA Analyst will lead test strategy development, manage end-to-end test planning, and facilitate stakeholder reviews while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee test strategies, including test planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement
• Analyze defect metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance testing processes
• Assist teams with test design and automation across various testing types, ensuring comprehensive test coverage

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of testing experience with the Salesforce platform
• Expertise in Quality Assurance fundamentals and test automation tools
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as jMeter and Gatling
• Experience with Agile practices and test management tools like Jira
• Basic software development and scripting skills
