Salesforce QA Consultant

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing practice, the full-time Salesforce QA Consultant will ensure the quality and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions by designing and executing test strategies, documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations
• Perform manual and automated testing, including system, integration, and regression testing
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to validate fixes and ensure quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of formal education
• Minimum of three years of Quality Assurance experience specifically testing Salesforce applications
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing strategies
• Hands-on experience with test automation and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA)
