Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Software Testing Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end and integration test scenarios across multiple system components
• Analyze defects and identify patterns to uncover underlying system issues
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align on testing approaches and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, including 2+ years with Salesforce applications
• Strong understanding of test design techniques and risk-based testing approaches
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, reports)
• Hands-on experience with API testing and web services (REST)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
