Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer for a full-time remote position focused on validating and ensuring the quality of Salesforce solutions within Public Sector and Government Cloud implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support testing and release cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans for Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across complex Salesforce solutions and integrations
• Collaborate with project teams to validate business requirements and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or Quality Engineering within enterprise environments
• Proven experience with Public Sector and Government Cloud Salesforce implementations
• Extensive experience in building and executing automated test scripts using Salesforce testing tools
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms including Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release cycles
