Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance customer experiences on the Help Center and Agentforce platform, the Salesforce QA Engineer will validate AI-driven workflows, execute test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce features and enhancements
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to refine acceptance criteria and ensure testable user stories
• Validate end-to-end workflows, including case management and AI-powered features

Required qualifications

• Proven experience testing on Salesforce platforms, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end QA processes, including functional and regression testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts related to prompting and conversational flows
