Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a meticulous Salesforce QA Engineer, this fully remote permanent position will ensure high-quality output of diverse business systems, including enterprise SaaS platforms and custom-built applications, by defining test strategies, executing complex test cases, and assessing emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Dive into daily requirements documentation to translate new system functionalities into robust test strategies
• Execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing across various enterprise software applications
• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts to enhance overall test coverage and streamline workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance
• Demonstrated expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies, particularly in enterprise SaaS environments
• Proficiency with at least one major test automation framework
• Solid working knowledge of programming or query languages (e.g., SQL, Java, or Python) and API testing utilities like Postman
