Salesforce QA Engineer Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce QA/Test Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Salesforce QA team to define test strategies and execute testing to meet stakeholder requirements
• Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications
• Coordinate with development teams to verify defect fixes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in manual and automation testing with expertise in Salesforce testing
• 3+ years of experience in providing technical guidance and leading QA team members
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience with automated regression testing tools like Provar or Selenium
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and product suite, including Salesforce Clouds and APIs
