Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to support a high-profile program by ensuring software quality through testing and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Identify, document, and track defects and issues
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure product quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in software quality assurance
Experience in the Federal Government contracting industry or familiarity with the VA is a plus
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Provar) is a plus
Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
