Salesforce QA Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce QA Specialist will perform manual testing within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations, participate in agile projects, and collaborate with delivery team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing processes for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
- Participate in daily SCRUM calls, providing task updates and effort estimations
- Collaborate with team members to understand and leverage business solution requirements
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce.com as a QA
- Experience with manual testing processes in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Web Services and knowledge of automation framework development
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or QA Automation experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
