Salesforce QA Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure the functionality of complex Salesforce solutions, the full-time Salesforce QA Specialist will design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect implementations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans across Salesforce implementations
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support automated testing efforts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or related testing roles within enterprise environments
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect implementations
- Extensive experience in building and executing automated test scripts using testing tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including security models and integrations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release cycles
