Salesforce QA Tester
Job Summary
Supporting a federal initiative remotely, the full-time Salesforce QA Tester will develop and execute test plans, validate Salesforce configurations, and ensure quality across Agile releases while requiring U.S. Citizenship and Secret Clearance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce configurations and integrations
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Salesforce releases
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in QA and testing within an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and custom development
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and defect-tracking tools
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass pre-employment qualifications
