Job Summary
To support the New York State Department of Labor's Unemployment Insurance Call Center, the full-time remote Salesforce QA Tester will develop and execute testing scenarios, manage defect tracking, and ensure high-quality releases of Salesforce applications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed System Integration Testing (SIT) scenarios and execute test scripts aligned with user stories and call center requirements
- Co-create comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) test scenarios in collaboration with functional leads and business analysts
- Document and re-test defect fixes in coordination with the development team prior to release deployments
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated QA/testing experience on IT consulting projects, specifically with Salesforce applications
- Proven track record of creating, managing, and executing SIT and E2E testing scenarios
- Familiarity with Service Cloud concepts, including case management and call center integration, is preferred
- Hands-on experience using Copado for tracking and documenting test artifacts within the Salesforce deployment lifecycle
