Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer will design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks, execute performance tests, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and apply testing best practices while leading the design and development of a test automation framework
• Deploy test automation in a continuous integration environment and communicate test results effectively
• Participate in sprint planning and manage multiple project schedules, ensuring risks are identified and addressed

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software application testing, specifically in Salesforce
• 2+ years of performance testing experience using tools like Selenium or Playwright
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience creating test cases from acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in using JIRA or other Agile delivery tools
• Demonstrable experience in various types of testing, including automated, exploratory, and performance testing
