Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise release calendar and governance model for Salesforce orgs
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing and compliance checks
• Own SOX controls for Salesforce deployments and lead quarterly audits

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of release management experience
• 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
• Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CI/CD tools and Git-based version control
• Demonstrated experience with SOX controls in a release pipeline
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience is preferred
