Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce releases across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of Salesforce releases across development, testing, and production environments
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, and product stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements
• Implement Salesforce DevOps practices and manage deployments using Flosum

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce release management, DevOps, or configuration management
• Strong hands-on experience with Flosum for Salesforce deployments, pipelines, and governance
• Deep understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata structure, and deployment strategies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and resolve environment inconsistencies
