Salesforce Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to oversee release and change management processes in a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end release and change management processes across multiple Salesforce development teams
• Manage Salesforce releases and coordinate deployments, ensuring accurate migration of tested components to production
• Collaborate with project teams to communicate release status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce or similar cloud platforms
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Release Manager in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Salesforce administration and enterprise-scale implementations
• 3+ years of experience with migration and deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Ant, Eclipse)
• Experience supporting healthcare or highly regulated environments is an asset
