Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager, this full-time hybrid position will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Salesforce application releases for federal clients, ensuring compliance with governance standards and effective communication with development teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the release calendar, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to schedule deployments across various environments
• Manage Salesforce deployments using tools such as Change Sets and DevOps Center, while maintaining version control and code integrity
• Ensure all releases comply with federal change control processes and oversee quality assurance coordination before release approval

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to complete a federal background investigation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in release management, configuration management, or Salesforce administration
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems like Git
• Proven experience coordinating release schedules across multiple Agile/Scrum teams and managing CI/CD pipelines
