Overseeing the end-to-end deployment process, the full-time Salesforce Release Manager will manage complex Salesforce environments using Flosum, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality solutions in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Salesforce release lifecycle across sandbox and production environments using Flosum
- Coordinate release schedules and deployment plans with development teams and Air Force stakeholders
- Enforce quality gates and security policies for all metadata and configuration changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience, or 5+ years of comparable work experience
- 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce release lifecycles and deployments
- Hands-on experience using Flosum for release automation and repository management
- US citizenship with a current/active Secret security clearance
