Salesforce Release Manager
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Contractor Salesforce Release Manager will focus on deployment automation and release management, building reliable deployment pipelines and improving release quality while working 100% remotely within U.S. Central Time from LATAM.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling
- Manage and orchestrate deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments
- Establish standards for release governance, automated testing, compliance, and change management
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of professional Salesforce platform experience with a focus on deployment and release management
- Hands-on experience with Copado or similar enterprise Salesforce DevOps platforms
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, and release lifecycle management
- Solid experience with Git, branching models, and core CI/CD principles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
