• Manage all resource assignments via the PSA tool to ensure operational continuity
• Validate and route resource requests based on capacity and demand
• Publish weekly reports on key metrics for management visibility

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Resource Management or Capacity Planning within a Salesforce consulting environment
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on utilization and capacity metrics
• Proactive communicator capable of re-prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in G-Suite, Salesforce, and PSA tools (Certinia)
