Job Summary

Working as a key member of a project team, the full-time Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect will guide customers through the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring integration between technical and functional requirements while providing consultative advice in the financial and insurance industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to define customer business outcomes and success criteria
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, performing fit-gap analysis and managing deployments of configuration components
• Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to end users while collaborating with project managers to meet scope, budget, and timeline expectations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Solution Architecture role with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud
• 2+ years of Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation experience
• Proficient writing skills for producing functional specifications documentation
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; Salesforce certifications required
