Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to understand sales processes, configure and customize Sales Cloud, and provide training and support to sales teams, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their sales processes, challenges, and goals
• Leading the implementation of Sales Cloud features and integrating it with other Salesforce products
• Providing training to sales teams and end-users to ensure effective use of Sales Cloud

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including its features and functionalities
• Understanding of sales processes and best practices
• Experience with other CRM systems is a plus
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to configure and customize Sales Cloud
• Salesforce certifications, such as the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, are highly valued
