Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Scrum Master/Business Analyst - Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Jira project settings
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure systems meet business needs throughout the project cycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and 5 years as a Sr. Business Analyst with Salesforce implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile-driven development environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified SAFe 6.0 required
• Salesforce Administration skills are highly preferred
