Salesforce Scrum Master

Job Summary

Leading Agile delivery teams in a hybrid role, the full-time Salesforce Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage delivery timelines, and ensure alignment between technical teams and government stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Guide teams in Agile best practices and manage project timelines, scope, and risks
• Provide regular status updates and track Agile metrics to ensure compliance with federal delivery requirements

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship with the ability to complete a federal background investigation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or Agile delivery roles
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master on Agile teams
• Experience supporting Salesforce projects or working with Salesforce delivery teams
