Salesforce Scrum Master
Job Summary
Facilitating agile ceremonies and coordinating delivery across a Salesforce Agentforce project, the full-time Salesforce Scrum Master will collaborate with the development team and government stakeholders while managing the sprint backlog and tracking team performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Own and maintain the sprint backlog, prioritizing tasks in coordination with the product owner
- Track and report team performance measures, velocity, and sprint progress while removing impediments to delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP)
- 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a complex enterprise environment, including 3 years in an Agile development setting
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
- Ability to pass a company background investigation and drug test
