Salesforce Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance client engagement, the remote Salesforce Senior Consultant will collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, while also mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Design and implement solutions involving case management, service console, and community portals
• Configure Salesforce objects, flows, and Lightning components, ensuring best practices for security and performance

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• 3+ years of experience with Service Cloud
• 2+ years of experience implementing Experience Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
