Salesforce Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of high-quality Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions, the full-time Salesforce Senior Consultant will work directly with clients to translate business needs into clear requirements and guide projects from discovery through deployment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery
• Write user stories and lead discovery sessions to establish client business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Provide leadership throughout project lifecycles, ensuring project requirements are met and client satisfaction is maintained

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of hands-on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud consulting experience
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification, with additional Service Cloud or Consultant certifications preferred
• Growing expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud with hands-on configuration experience
• Strong skills in flows, approvals, assignment rules, and user lifecycle management
• Resourceful problem solver with the ability to execute Solution Architect designs with minimal oversight
